MARKET SATURDAY 6th JUNE Looks like the weather will be fine for this Saturday’s market. When I last checked we had 18 stalls booked. I expect Julia has booked more since then so if you want a stall better get a move on! and YES Elaine is back with her Tarot Cards! others are: Ma Bolton cakes and preserves, Sarah B decorated biscuits, Izzy's Clothes from Heaven, Lorraine's handmade jewellery, Gosia's emporium, St James Church enormous book collection, the Chiropractic College, Wendy's beautiful baby clothes, Caroline the fab face painter, Krysia's Toys, several preloved items stalls, our own PCF stall and Jo the life coach and therapist.
NOT FORGETTING .... the wonderful 1950s UKULELE Band playing live from 11am.

You may have recognised the name Andy Jones who was of course P.C. Forum’s Secretary, unfortunately, because we are an a-political forum (not affiliated to any one party) Andy has had to resign as P.C. Forum’s Secretary.Fortunately Rev Dwayne Morgan MCC has stepped into Andy’s shoes and is our new Secretary. As you know we hold our Residents Meetings at MCC, Hannington Road, which has worked out rather well and brings me nicely into:
OUR NEXT RESIDENTS MEETING As a result of Andy’s departure, we had to postpone our May 21st meeting, so our next residents meeting is now on Thursday June 18th. Meeting starts 7.30 Tea & Coffee 7.00 MCC, Hannington Road, Pokesdown.
SPEAKERS As well as PC Iain Fryett and possibly Insp Alan Setchell, Lynn the Tiler will be showing us some of Bournemouth’s old tiles.Sally Nevitt, Development Worker for PRAMA, based at Immanuel Church, Southbourne Road will be giving a short talk on how she can help you as a Carer. If you are a Carer or know of someone who would like to meet others in similar circumstance, bring them along to our meeting to meet Sally for dates and times. I myself attend Sally’s coffee and biscuit chats and know what a great relief it is to speak to others dealing with the same problems as yourself. If you are also struggling with who to contact for professional advice in the council, Sally can give you guidance.
